Delivery Method We deliver all orders via courier to addresses within the UK.
Lead Times As our furniture is designed and built to order, please allow time for production before dispatch. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and the courier used. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tmjdesigns@yahoo.co.uk with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently deliver within the UK only. Please contact us if you have an international enquiry.
