Welcome to TMJ Designs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Products We design and build bespoke furniture. All items are crafted to a high standard. Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.

2. Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations As our furniture is made to order, cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
